Rumour Records – Print Media Design
At Rumour Records , a project which I’m a founding member of, It has been my responsibility to manage the promotional print media and event photography.
Our latest event took place on the 6th December at the Firestation Arts Centre, Windsor.
Using a street art photograph which was taken in Shoreditch for the background, I applied various filters and gradient patterns in Photoshop, and then used Illustrator to Image Trace the band logos and convert them to vector image layers.
This was an enjoyable project for me, and the first time I’ve ever sent anything to print. Hopefully this will not be the last time I work on a project of this nature.
Rumour Records @ The Red Cow, Slough
As well as my work here at nothingspecial, I am a founding partner at Rumour Records.
Rumour Records is a newly founded company solely focusing on providing a full package for local bands – Gigs, Promotions, Recording and Rehearsal. We’re very much in our infancy at the moment, but new opportunities are coming along, and it’s an exciting time for all of us.
Our opening night on the 13th July at The Red Cow, Slough, included performances from:

More shows at The Red Cow are certain, with the next one on the 27th July, and a few other nights around the Slough/Windsor area in the works.
